How many RE Brokers & Agents at AR are Licensed

Why waste time here if you're not licensed?  Perhaps they've left the business?

Hi VB, I have been told by more thatn one member of the Rain that the email associated with AR is not their primary and they don't check it often. As for your question, I think others have gotten out of the business or don't want to be bothered.

VB, I am legitimate. In our state you need to be licensed two years in order to get a Broker's license. I was a licensed broker 25 months after getting my first license

Definitely here too.  I'm also a Broker but I wonder about some agents even here. 

I think Debbie Reynolds is right. Several folks use out of date emails or ones they send spam to. I've also experienced it but chalk it up to, they really don't want to be found.   Silly to me when you are using a site to gain potential clients. 

I'm licensed for 30 years, not sure where the emails go....

VB:) if I get a strange email I request the agent to provide me with their License...FYI in CA we can go on the CAR website and see if the person is licensed or not...Endre

p.s.: also here in CA it is a requirement to have our license displayed at our first communication...Endre

Bob my experience is those who are in the top half of the leaderboard points are active....remainder are dormant, lazy or have yet to include AR on their task list.

80/20 rule.  I know when I host local meetups and take the time to email, call and so forth for the personal touch, I rarely receive a reply. No courtesy response whatsoever.  It escapes me.  Perhaps they use Ar just for posting their listings....not certain.
