With a little rain today, I'm reminded of what's to come. Spring is definitely on its way. It's Valentine's day and I hope you are all having a happy one! Buds are forming on the trees, some of the bulbs we planted last year are starting to come up. Tulip time is right around the corner. Sometimes you just never know when the tulips are going to come out. Skagit County is really a busy place when they do. We get tourists from far and wide that fall in love with our beautiful landscape and waterfront environment. I forget if the groundhog saw his shadow, but around here the flora are telling me that spring is soon to arrive.
