Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  I sincerely hope that each of you is surrounded by friends and family and enjoying this special day.  Being able to have some down time and to be off from our regular schedules is always a treat.

Thanksgiving really is a great time to truly reflect on what you are Thankful for!  Not only is it a great time for remembering our own blessings but a wonderful time to Thank others that are in our lives.  Thank a teacher, a co-worker, a pastor, a store clerk or a myriad of other people in our lives.

Perhaps this on this day of "Thanks" you can make a list of those you would like to thank throughout the year!  Why limit it to only one day?  Keep the list with you and when you have the opportunity to thank that person you can mark them off and plan the next "Thanks"!

My goal is to send notes to those in my life that I need to "Thank".  Hand written notes are so rare these days so I am hoping that a special note might just be totally unexpected and bring a smile!  A little note to just brighten a day!

Whatever you are doing this Thanksgiving Day, I wish you all of the best!  May you have an abundance of joy and happiness!  Be thankful this day and everyday!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Happy Thanksgiving Paula. After meeting you at the TAR Convention, I'm convinced you're a woman who embraces gratitude year round. You give and you receive and you keep on giving.

Enjoy your day with family and friends.

Good morning Sheila Anderson and Happy Thanksgiving. Hand written notes from friends or family are so simple and subtle but they sure can make a big impression when you get one!

Paula- someone once said that "it takes a lot of thought to be thoughtful." Handwritten notes are a good choice.

I love the idea of keeping a list throughout the year to give thanks Paula McDonald . this is not a one day gratitude that I possess!

Like with other plans, we should probably have a written list of people to thank - it would keep us on track and increase the odds we don't forget to let people know how much we appreciate them.

We had a houseful yesterday.  I expected around 20 people and 28 showed up.  Glad the wife cooked extra.  May you and yours be blessed during this season and all year round.
