Fewer Homes Sold YTD in Oct. '14 vs '13 in Oswegoland

River towns in the Fox Valley and I-88 corridor are seeing lower inventory levels than at any time during the last 7 years.  2014 has been an interesting year with fewer sales in most of the towns that I currently looked at.  Will this trend finish the year?  With less than a month left in 2014 we will find the answer relatively soon!

If you are thinking of listing your home - get a jump on the competition and call Heart Realty Group and let's start the process before the year is out!  Motivated buyers continue to look for homes throughout the holiday season.  It's a great time to showcase your home at its best with holiday decorations as you wait for 2015 to begin!

Evelyn Santiago, Managing Broker ... your post, stats, and message don't surprise me.  It's been a very up-and-down year in the Chicagoland area.  Fits and starts.  Business has come in bunches.  Hopefully we both (along with the entire area) see a much healthier and better 2015 ...

Have a great Thanksgiving!
