Sunset May Be All You Need

Ginny - I am sold! What a beautiful photo and such true words - yesterday for me was an exhausting and frustrating day - I needed a sunset! 

Nothing like a beautiful sunset to clear your head.....believe me, I know.  Great photo Ginny.

I've always felt the privilege of witnessing a sunrise or sunset is the answer to clearing one's head and brings about an inner peace the mother nature so graciously provides.

Good morning, Ginny Gorman sounds like a nice way to clear your head....I exercise ..... when you lift an excessive amount of weight, you need to have a clear head to focus on what you're doing.... tuesdays and thursdays are weight training days for me.... 300 pounds with my legs must be done today.... focus or break both knees if your feet slip!!
