I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in September 2014.

I looked for residential listings sold. There were 41 homes that settled in September 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 968,046 and lowest sale price was $150,450

The average original list price was $433,488

The average last list price was $419,519

The average sale price was $410,464.

The homes were on the market for an average of 69 days.
