The number of sold homes increased by 15% over last month. Median sold price decreased by 4% while average sold price increased by 2% influenced by the sale of a few higher priced properties and an expansion into higher price ranges.

Of the sold homes in October, 88 units or 29% were distressed home sales. With 80 homes, the majority were foreclosure or bank-owned properties, there were eleven short sales and seven homes were sold at auctions.
