Avalon is currently experiencing a seller's market. It's difficult to write a commentary on the sales in Avalon because of the diversity in housing within the different sections of this neighborhood. There is everything from townhomes to large million dollar estates on acreage. All of the properties that closed in October were located in the Meade of Avalon. However, the majority of the listings currrently available are in the other sections.

While the average days on the market are low, the sales price to list price is also low in comparison to other Franklin neighborhoods of a similar price point which is surprising, given this great location.
