Building Business

So I have been a member of Active Rain since I completed my RE Course. Now That I have my first designation, Cortland County's first and only Certified EcoBroker, I would like to introduce myself.I am a salesperson with Seven Valley Realty, Inc. in Cortland, NY. I have been busy assisting buyers in our area, and am eager to start representing sellers.

I am still searching for ideas and ways to build my business. I am all ears for any guidance and/or suggestions you all may have for a new agent. I know the enthusiasm seen with newbies is through the roof, and I hope to not let mine dwindle. I hear a lot of moaning about the downturn of the market and that there is so much doom and gloom, but as history has shown us, the market tends to fluctuate every few years or so. It is always an up and down rollercoaster. So I am not afraid, and am glad to be starting in the slow times. It will help me to handle the hardest of situations and gain much needed experience to propel me when things start to look up.

With that being said, I am happy to be a member of this group, and hope to be working with some of you all in the future!
