The Busiest Hours Of A Maine Real Estate Day For Me, 10:30 At Night.

The logs on the websites, video channels can help you pinpoint where the effort pays off in marketing real estate property listings in Maine.

Anywhere on the planet an agent, broker, REALTOR can study the numbers, connect the dots. And see plainly where the traffic comes in, soars, backs off.maine home details tin ceiling photo

Information is powerful. Easy to pick, collect details on what's for sale, the area surrounding it is what buyers want.

And our experience shows that 10:30PM, at night is the busiest part of the real estate marketing day.

The Zenith to pin point the peak flow of traffic. The visits in and out of the listings we peddle for properties on the market in Maine.

For the red carpet rolled out, the VIP treatment extended. To invite one and all to the local area community events too.

Why is this? Should not really be that startling a revelation. I can be heading to bed. Looking for a maine lake front vacation home photopillow for my head when things on the show and tell front are just heating up.

Hitting a high point level.

Videos for real estate for sale in Maine makes it all happen for me.

The folks out in the wild blue yonder.

Low in supply, with little free time.

So like to tour houses in their jammies.

Late at night.

In the comfort of their own current homes. Stretched back, legs up in recliners. Cozy warm, snuggly. Under an afghan blanket wound, wrapped around those legs.

Holding a mobile device, smart phone, lap top for their area information, property listing details.

On a trip, traveling or stuck in a waiting room. Killing time. But able to use it wisely. Tap tap toggling and listening, watching the video that follows them. Goes everywhere they are on the blue and green spinning marble.

Real full motion video with natural sound. It spills out into their laps.

Leaps into their eyes, absorbed into the gray matter behind the peepers. Heard, registering, taking very good notes with the maine small towns bridge river photopair of ears that all the real estate buyer wear.

As one by one the property listings for sale are walked around, through, up and down.

Discussed, viewed, listened to, considered seriously on their end.

Videos are re-wound so over and over.

Re-touring happens  when they double back.

Because they liked what they saw the first time.

Even better as the other places are nice, but not quite talking to them the same way. Not hitting them like one in particular that just stands out as "the one".

No delays, no waiting until the office front desk is ready, manned for someone to pick up the phone because it is the middle of the night either.

No need for frustrations, fingers drumming on some hard surface by real estate buyers saying come on will ya?

To ask the many questions, get all the answers. Video is now. Does that so sweet, complete.

Video for real estate listings is live too. You are there. Transported for the show and  tell. Take me by the hand and be the tour guide. Lead me through your home town, the listings for sale with your sign on the front lawn. Nailed to a tree when it's just land in Maine.maine lake sunset photo

Show, tell, share with me everything about your area where you live.

Tell me why you hang your hat there. Get so excited about your home town.

Do the same with how the places, properties, all those listings fit, go  together.

What distinguishes them all that from some of the copy sounding pretty same old same old.

Videos helps paint the picture, make the transfer of information quickly.

At 30 frames or higher per second. With sound 40%of the online experience.

Not just a few images to tease and the outside buyer has to buy an expensive ticket. Or waste lots of gas traveling. To small maine town music band photoget more than the skimpy, not much there.

To wait, fret, become frustrated, antsy from all the delay.

The money peeled off the roll for tolls, lodging, fast food eats.

Time robbed from where they need to be there on their end.

Missing there because they had to travel here.

Had to drop everything. High tail it to get the property / area skinny.

A bunch of times. If they come at all or maybe end up just throwing in the towel. Finding another area closer to where they live. To avoid all those trips back and forth. Because you lost them.

The weather can be frightening on either end of the A and B but it matters not with video.

Can be a holiday underway too. Videos are especially opportune for the simple house warming present digital productions to show up. Right on time. When families surround tables, eating, laughing. Having serious, put off discussions to make hard decisions. That involve buying, selling real estate.maine welcome sign photo

Happy Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Have the video channel stocked to the brim to win. To roll 'em and one by one turkey trot up and down the runway.

They say REALTORS wear, sport the hardest working letter of the entire alphabet. The blue and gold "R". They do and work when others don't and are available. Videos with full motion, natural sound do the heavy lifting in the real estate property listing / area lifestyle marketing.
