Ranch Style Single Family Home for Sale in Chesterfield Under Contract

When I first met my new buyer clients they were exploring all Chesterfield County had to offer. The two things they knew for sure were: 1) they needed to move in by the end of February and 2) they strongly preferred a new construction home. As a Richmond VA Realtor, I knew that new construction homes for sale in Chesterfield could take 6 months or more to build. However, we set out on our journey to see what we could discover!

On our very first home tour we found a wonderful new construction home that was available for immediate delivery. It was a good option, however something didn't feel quite right. We scheduled a second home tour for another day and that is when we uncovered their dream home!

8724 Proctors Run Drive, Chesterfield

When we pulled up to 8724 Proctors Run Drive my clients were immediately impressed with the well maintained exterior. This one-level living home with a bonus second floor was less than one year young and had many of the upgrades my clients desired, such as: an open floor plan, gleaming hardwoods floors, 4 spacious bedrooms, and an awesome bonus space which is perfect for their busy lifestyle.

There was very little discussion before they said, "we want it!", so we quickly put an attractive offer together and they heard the sweet words - UNDER CONTRACT!

We just concluded the home inspection process and my buyers are excited for the next steps in the Richmond VA real estate process, which is obtaining the appraisal and securing the loan. Once those contingencies have been met, they will be headed to the settlement table and then to Home Sweet Home!
