My Business Plan and Goals for 2015

 

Business Plan


I will continue to mail letters of the heart and newsletters combo on the 1st of the month and evidence of success postcards on the 15th to my sphere, past and present clients to obtain referrals.


I have finally picked a farm of approximately 140 houses around my home (as a starter) which I am mailing a monthly newsletter for a constant touch point.  I have already selected a second farm of approximately 240 houses.


I have also started an email campaign of helpful house tips that I am sending weekly.


I am adding a more aggressive prospecting schedule to my weekly planner of 50-100 calls a week and to obtain more face to face meetings.


I am planning monthly to cover at least 4 floor shifts, to sit 3 open houses and to send out 15-20 personal notes (including birthday and holidays cards).


I want to continue taking training classes and learning better social media and internet strategies.


Finally, I would like to participate in my office's advertising events in local newspapers and add more zip codes to my Zillow and Trulia accounts.  Maybe even start purchasing leads from Realtor.com.


Goals


I would like to close at least 18 transactions, get at least 12 new listings and complete more than 24 rental transactions.


I would also like to add at least 25 names to my database each month.

 

I want to obtain my ABR and E-Pro designations and to take classes on photography.


I also want to attend more meet up and network groups


Finally, I want to take a vacation to somewhere beautiful and warm (preferably a cruise)!!!

Karen - Your business plan sounds solid and now it just needs to be executed.  I have personally done very well with to farm areas that I been working on for several years and can depend on listings there year after year.  Add on holding 3 properties open each month, along with your personal notes, and you should meet your goals for 2015.  Best of luck!
