The median list price for Missouri City is currently $295,000. The price has gone down since November. So if your're looking for a home, now might be the time to buy. There are also 459 properties on the market. That has dropped significantly from last week. So if you're looking for a home, there going quick. Compared to Rosenberg, this is a very large difference in the number of homes we have on the market. Which means, as of right now, it is both a Seller's and Buyer's Market Advantage. If you're thinking about buying or selling a home in the Missouri City area, it might be your time to shine.

Right now, our average for properties to stay on the market is 116 days. And compared to last week, this has gone up. Also, the age of the listing homes has been averaged to 13 years. Which isn't old at all, which means you are looking at fairly new homes in the market right now.

31% of properties that have had to decrease their price! But there could be numerous reasons for that to happen!

The highest listing price listed is $1,590,000! Which is very different compared to Rosenberg! And the least expensive home is $69,500!
