Dennis Township had five home sales. There were two condos, one single family and two vacant lots. The average sale price was $153,200 and 355 average days on the market.
Upper Township had seven home sales. There were six single family homes and one duplex sold. The average home price was $266,357 and 244 days on the market.
Avalon had 13 home sales with an average home sale price of $1,416,384 and 243 days on the market.
