Just Staged Beautiful Home for Sale on Sullivan's Island......I wish I could buy it!!!

My partner and I recently staged this amazing home on Sullivan's Island and both of us fell in love with it! The floorplan is very open and inviting and the detailing is perfect. This house boasts ship lap siding, brazillian cherry floors, a fully equiped gourmet kitchen with a second butlers' kitchen, two master suites and windows and doors everywhere to let in the light. The home also has a pool and a seperate pool house/living quarters. Now if I could just win the lottery, I could own this lovely home!

Tracy ~ Absolutely beautiful! I don't know which room is my favorite! The whole house is so light and bright and really says "island living". Nicely done!

Julia ~ You are invited - There is plenty of room!! I love lap board siding as it adds so much character to a house. We do not use much art work when we stage homes with this kind of detailing.

Marci ~Thank you so much! We started with a beachy theme/feel and the blue (along with the coral and green) fit right in. I think if we had staged this one in the summer, we would never have left! LOL
