I looked for residential listings sold.

There were 43 homes that settled in September 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 1,350,,000 and lowest sale price was $208,000

The average original list price was $491,395 The average last list price was $479,851

The average sale price was $470,383.

The homes were on the market for an average of 60 days.
