A buyer profile can be submitted with an offer. This letter should address first and foremost: will the deal close? Included in the letter should be information such as the Buyer's occupation, job security, and, if applicable, children's ages to show the Buyer's commitment. You want to show that the deal will close smoothly, with little complication.
In the Buyer profile, the agent should also explain why this property is a perfect match for the Buyer, i.e. an guesthouse to be used as an art studio for the buyer who is an artist, or a large backyard for the Buyer with young children.
This Buyer profile will provide something a little extra that not many others will have and will help the Buyers to stand out in a Seller's market.
