As an agent who specializes in luxury real estate in the Calabasas area, it was very interesting to read the CNBC article about $1 million-plus home sales up 16%. This is great news since medium home prices in the area are over $1 million and with high demand, limited supply and double digits price gains from 2013, home sales in the Calabasas area are set for another outstanding year.
