Finding time

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Agent Networking

With only 24 hours in any given day, I find myself searching for more time. I'm sure I'm not alone in this quest, but lately, since I've been gearing up my technology so to speak, I find that I am simply running out of time to get everything accomplished. I want to learn everything I can about active rain, so I browse through the blog posts....ending up in a black hole of information and forgetting where I was, or even what I started to do in the first place. I was looking for blogging basics and wound up reading about some crazy buyer/seller transaction that went south...and then those comments took me to loan sharks beware.....and well, you get the point. I didn't get to the blogging 101 I was looking for, but I was enlightened nonetheless. So, one full day into my quest to be a blogger, I am felling overwhelmed and looking for more time.

I just have to remind myself that we all get the same amount everyday. I just need to find ways to work smarter and faster.

PS - Notice anything strange about this photo? This is what an F1 Tornado will do....the smallest tornado on the scale. Imagine what an F5 would like like.......Happened last Sunday night - this is 8 blocks from where I live in Edmond. Scarry!

I know exactly where you are coming from. I believe that I am going to have to set aside a certain amount of time each day for blogging. But it is a bit addicting! Have a wonderful weekend!

Wow thats bad, I hate to see a F5 residue.  Hopefully everyone was safely somewhere else.  I'm with you not enough hours in the day.  Especially when juggling, work, kids, husband, and I have never ending laundry.

Sarah,

I find making a list and prioritizing is the only way I get the important stuff done.  I never blog at work.  It's too addicting and time consuming.

The tornado damage was horrible.   Hope everyone left this home safely.

My husband decided this year on my birthday to help me put out my farm letter all year, which goes out once a month.  I walk to 278 houses.  He was suprised by reaction I was so thankful because he gave me time for my birthday.  The extra 2 hours may not seem like a big deal to some, but that is more time with kids.

A tornado is so unpredictable... At least with a Huricane, you know what to expect.

allocating the proper amount of time & prioritizing in all of the areas of my life is a struggle for me as well. I'm learning to keep it in control & will probably have to continually work at it. lol :o)

Hi Sarah ~ We have had enough warnings to last the season in my opinion.  Hope everyone is okay in that house!  I too found it so overwhelming at first when I joined AR!  One thing I did stop doing (not completely) is reading all the responses to posts.  That in itself took quite a bit of time.  I am still curious to see what everyone else has to say but now I comment first and go back and read later. Enjoy!!!
