Seriously though, buy what you can afford, cross the street and save $500k, or spend it all and be ocean front, either way I am here to help you purchase one of these.
FYI, I live about a 1,000 feet from here and love the location, the weather, the nearby beaches..... I moved to Oahu in 1984, and spent time on all the major islands, realized that the Big Island had the most to offer and moved here in 2000 - in my mind, you cannot beat the Big Island
