Today we closed on a really cute 2 bedroom one bath vintage condo in Evanston IL just 2 blocks away from the Northwestern Campus. A young student was the lucky new owner, well actually his parents 
were purchasing this for his Northwestern education. By cutting down the block we timed his walk to under 5 minutes to class.
A niche I have developed over the years is working with parents to decide if they should put their money into property as an alternative to dorm life which I am told is around 12 grand a year plus the mandatory food ticket adds thousands more a year to the money spent.
