Rebecca Gaujot, the GO TO REALTOR  there was a time when Diane would go back four times a year and I would go once every other year....then there was a time this past three years when I went back regularly.....now it is going to be a rare trip for me....

Noah Seidenberg  Cambridge was the home to all Technology, Thinking-machines, Genetics Institute to name a couple and yes Party City. Part of it is because Boston has been a college town and a walking city...still is both :))

Joe Petrowsky  that is getting up there when we lived there getting $200 a square foot was impressive.... in in the greater Los Angeles $1500 a square foot is not unusual anymore...... but the majority still falls into $1100-$1200 a sq ft. On a side note I few back to Boston for the Ring Ceremony in 2004 that is what a big fan I am....
