St. Regis Ft. Lauderdale Resort and Spa

In May of last year, I posted here on my blog about the grand opening of the St. Regis Ft. Lauderdale Resort and Spa.  I can't believe it's almost been a year already!  Anyway, I thought you might be interested in an update.

Since that time, 5 units have sold in the St. Regis Ft. Lauderdale Resort and Spa, with final sales prices between $2,100,000 and $3,950,000.

There are currently 10 units listed for Sale, priced between $1,995,000 and $8,999,000.

One of the previously active listings has expired.  You might recall that I've mentioned it in several of my Ft. Lauderdale Luxury Real Estate Market Reports as the highest priced Ft.
