Like a fine wine with proper aging, experience comes with time. The best teacher is experience, learning along the way, how to do it better every day...better than the day before.
In 1976 I was first licensed as a New Jersey licensed real estate sales person...a much thinner man with brown hair. In 1990 I received my New Jersey Broker Sales Person License. Along the way I worked for three brokerage firms, received nearly all their awards, put on a few pounds, and aged (gracefully) with gray hair. The gray hair is not attributed to stress (ha! ha!) It is rewarding today to share my experience with my many clients.
