I really enjoy my work where we see homes coming back to life, quite often after many years of neglect.
Looks okay from the first impression but there was no foundation under most of the home and a failed brick foundation under the remaining portion.

Forms are now installed ready for the pour
I hear Realtors tell me now and then that the home doesn't qualify for a 203k loan... due to the foundation issues.... NOT
