They Selected a Home in Solana Ridge
Juan wrote me a few weeks ago to set up an appointment to see a house. I met Juan and his then girl friend, Jennifer, at the home they wanted to see. Since I had an idea of what they were seeking, I had made arrangements to show them another home in the 
neighborhood. Neither of the homes worked.
We saw pre-owned homes on two other sessions but none of them had the "it" factor. The house we saw on the third day had them pretty much demoralized. When you opened the back door you had a Valero Convenience Store Gas Station. I then suggested an area of San Antonio they had not considered.
When we walked into the second spec home a visible change was noticeable in both Jennifer and Juan. This was the one. An Express Home (a DR Horton division) was "it". Great features, good location, and the price was right on what they wanted to invest in their home.
When we did the Final Walk Through and Acceptance Juan told me that he and Jennifer are now engaged. It was such a pleasure to help them get their first home together.
Solana Ridge is south of US 90 and west of Loop 410. Homes in the community are built by DR Horton and Express Homes. This is a growing community that currently contains about 800 home sites.
