Why Do People Live here?

For all its smallness, this little cheese-wedge at the south end of Shoreline sports the unique qualities of tucking a beautifully forested neighborhood, with small streets and cul-de-sacs, into a highly convenient location close to the amenities of both Shoreline and Seattle.  Just across the slice which is Westminster Way lies Aurora Square, sporting shopping variety from Central Market to Sears, with many small shops in between.  The triangle's west corner touches the prestigious Seattle Golf Club.  And the newly rebuilt Interurban Trail cuts right through the east side, including two festive trail overpasses above Aurora Avenue and 155th Street.  Westminster Triangle benefits from both the top-notch Shoreline School district and immediate access to the cultural and business hub of Seattle - which the neighborhood shares a border with to its south.  Shoreline repeatedly shows up over the years as a "Best Place to Live" by reviewers such as CNN, Seattle Magazine, Seattle Met and The Seattle Times.  A small town for families with an outstanding school district and recreation program, a well-run city, and a friendly community, all just an arms-length away from the many attractions of Seattle.
