Brrrrrr. It may be beautiful there, but I don't know about snow in April. 'Bet you are glad to see it melting!

I'm used to seeing snow in April - we have had 18 inches dumped on us at the end of April one year. I commented on your outside blog - it's important that buyers understand they need to agree with the association rules, and part of what attracted them to the association in the first place was probably due to the rules. I wouldn't want to live in an association. You know I don't like being told what to do or what NOT to do! LOL

Love your video - the lighting is perfect! Looks like an awesome place!! Having that commons area is so perfect!

Thesa - That is really a nice community, great tour. I agree that it is important to pay attention to the various municipals laws or else the buying experience could be a headache.
