Ken, AR has the best chance of any venue in my opinion to attract sellers and buyers looking for a Realtor.  Agents with few listings can still attract buyers, because buyers can see the agent's body of work and personality.  It may take a while to become known, but I'm reasonably sure in the long run it's going to be pretty effective.

Brian, I just started blogging and I have to definitely agree with you. What I think is cool about Active Rain that people share every and anything on there mind, sometime it does not have a thing to do with real estate.
