The Sun River St George 55+ community real estate market remained strong during the month of November 2014 and I predict it will continue through the winter. Available inventory was down slightly and sales prices increased significantly over last year this time. Sales prices increased 32.07% over last years figures in November, but the number of sales decreased. There were only 5 homes priced under $200,000 for sale. There were 68 homes for sale in SunRiver November 2014. Check out the latest statistics below~
There were 10 homes sold in SunRiver during November 2014-
1 home sold for between $200,000-$250,000
2 homes sold for between $300,000-$350,000
2 homes sold for between $350,000-$400,000
2 homes sold for between $400,000- $500,000
1 home sold for between $500,00-$550,000
2 homes sold for between $600,000-$700,000
For a year over year comparison-
Average Sales Price in November 2013 was $329,257-in November 2014 it was $434,857. Sales prices increased 32.07% year over year in November.
Given the volume of sales, there is a 4.46 month supply of SunRiver homes for sale which is down slightly from last year at this time when there was approximately 5.01 months supply of SunRiver homes for sale.
During the month of November 2014, homes in SunRiver sold for 98.4% of their original listed price!
There were 68 homes for sale in November 2014 which is 3 less than the previous year in 2013.
Prices are great, although they look to be rising and inventory of homes for sale in SunRiver is slightly higher so there's a few more homes currently to choose from! Interest rates are at historic lows which makes this a wonderful time to purchase a home in SunRiver St George! It looks like the St George Utah 55+ Communities market is bouncing back and prices are starting to rise.
