Nice casting!  :  )  You both did great...someday an Internet "Emmy", maybe we should call it an "Inny"!

This is a very HIGH QUALITY video. Would Brio be willing to share what A/V Technology was used to shoot this video? Thanks in advance.     p.s. -- Jessica Horton's "Office Tour" video was great. It gave me ideas about future office space. Plus Jessica's personality and energy screams through the screen. GREAT JOB!

Nice quality video is a plus. The ladies did a good job as well. However, I am not sure I would have included that Nina had only been in real estate for a year and a half.

David,

On this shoot we used a Canan XH-A1 with no lighting and a $20 tri-pod, but in the future most of the videos for eastside.in will be shot using a flip video camera. The three ladies that are going to be hosting eastside.in will always be carrying one of these cameras so that they can catch the best the Eastside has to offer during their everyday routines.

Jim,

Blogging is all about transparency. We are who we are, and that includes our experience. If one and a half years of experience is going to be a major blocker for someone to work with Nina, well then she might not be the best agent for them. IMHO, but then again this might be a good topic for debate.

Sara, I enjoyed your video and now I want to see what the Eastside looks like. You got my attention...

Don't be afraid to say I am new to the business. Then ask the potential seller to chose their agent not on years in the business, but the marketing plan the agents presents.

So do you work with Jessica Horton? I can see why she chose Brio realty. It produces agents that are like mined with her. Great video and excellent quality.

I think you ladies did a great job and gave me great ideas for my advertising. One question though where is Eastside?

Wow...

The comments are so positive, that I hate to be frank. OK, deep breath, the reason commercials are usually 30 seconds are that the average attention span is less than one minute. I thought this was too casual, and that any messages were slow to come.

Video can be a blessing or a curse. Properly scripted, it is a powerful transmitter of thought. Otherwise, it can be boring, and the content is lost.

I say... write a script, rehearse, adjust your lighting (You were backlit in this video) and get as much information across as fast as you can.

The plus: The beauty of the orange streaked sky in the background. The fact they were sitting on the dock, over the water. What a neat, neat setting. Loved it. Both of these ladies are just beautiful as well. So visually, what a treat.

The minus: I think Nina should have sat a little futher away from Sara. Nina kept leaning back which made her appear a little uncomfortable.

I do agree with Richard that the message was a little weak. I think I would have preferred knowing why I would want to continue to watch in the future, instead of the background of the ladies (perhaps your main audience already knows where the Eastside is? what the Eastside is?)

The whole concept of using this as marketing for the real estate industry is a great concept!

Cool video, thanks for posting it here for us all to see, keep up the hard work, thanks again

Great video...it's all about potential clients seeing that you're likeable...it has a lot less to do with making it look professional....the minute your goal is to produce a perfect video it the minute you stop making videos...

Keep at it!

I for one applaud your efforts in making the video!  I am considering buying a camera and including videos in my blogging efforts.  I bet it isn't easy hearing the negatives, but use them as constuctive criticism.  I'm glad to hear the observations and learn from them.  My encouragement to you is keep doing them, I liked it!

Thanks,
