On The Radio Whoa Oh Oh

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Tara Colquitt, The Credit Woman, LLC

Donna Summers, circa late 70s

No, I can't sing, but I can talk. I can talk alot. And my business passion is helping people purchase their first home or an investment property.

Today at 3pm, EST I will be On The Radio Whoa Oh Oh.

It's not my first time being on the air, but considering I was the person that just last year hypervented (well, almost) when on a podcast I think I have come a long way. It will be fun.

And, of course, I will be talking about credit.

Join me on the Royal Bay Mortgage Show on 900AM, WURD for the latest in real estate news.

Philadelphia: 215-634-8065, Toll Free: 866-361-0900

Or contact me directly, 215-350-2483 or at TheCreditWoman@gmail.com.

Hope to hear from you! (whoa oh oh)

  • Would you give a thief direct access to your checking account?
No? Unfortunately, you may be doing just that by regularly using your debit card. And I use mine all the time. Debit cards may look identical to credit cards, but there’s one key difference. With credit cards, users who spot fraudulent charges on their bill can simply decline the charges and not pay the bill. On the other hand, debit cards draw money directly from your checking account, rather than from an intermediary such as a credit card company.
Because of that, even clear-cut cases of fraud where victims are protected from liability by consumer protection laws can cause significant hardship
While debit card fraud is always a possibility, being careful where you use it can help keep your checking account balance out of the hands of criminals.

Tara - That is great news!  Are you going to provide a link or something so the rest of your fans can hear?    Are you a early morning person like me?

Hey Naoma! First, yes I am a morning person and when my second child was a baby she seemed to awake 5 minutes after I did, I started getting up earlier. Now I am up around 5am each morning. And now that she is a teenager she sleeps until 8am. 8-)

And the link is on Royal Bay Mortgage. I will clarify that by putting it on the radio station ID. Thanks for helping me clarify the information!

Congrats Tara - this is great opportunity and I wish you luck and success. If the station will give you a copy of the show, you should definitely share that with the community. Have fun!

Jason: I will try to get a copy, but I will probably just share what I learn via callers to the community. It is amazing what is going on in the industry that no one knows about until it happens to them. I just share what I know and hopefully can help people achieve their goals either through my product or with information.

Tara Good luck today.  Philly is another of those cities with a rich history.  I spent a lot of time there in 1996 when my mother was at University of Pennsylvania hospital.  Great food!

Tara, I hope the show went well.  Just remember you most likely knew more about what you were talking about then the people listen, so nothing to worry about.

The radio is a blast. I hope you enjoy yourself. There will probably only be 20 or 30 thousands listeners so no sweat!  = )

Jason: Very well! I was good and a business associate (from AR!) listened and said I was 'great'.

George: DALE CARNEGIE!! I took that class over 20 years ago and I would say it was one of the best self-enrichment things I ever did.

Eugene: Nah, I am almost a pro now! But it is funny to look back and realize how you felt before. Pretty much an example of life, right?

Danny: Yes, you know I can talk! That is why I truly cut my conversation in half when speaking with others. I could take the whole hour myself!

Jeff: It was fun! And as long as I don't have to see the 20 thousand I am fine. I still have to work on live presentations (on a stage). I do feel apprehensive then. One step at a time.

Lindsay: Thanks for the compliment! However, i have seen some of the 'talent' on reality TV, so almost anyone can get their 15 minutes of fame. But I KNOW I have a mission to educate all that want to hear and I will be blessed with riches. And I am not just talking about money.

Definitely, push yourself to do something you are fearful of now. I felt the same way just a few months ago. You will be surprised at your result.

Lanre: Thanks for Teresa's name. The radio show went very well. However, the mortgage company I was invited by decided after 3 years not to continue the show. Oh well. It was a great opportunity and I did receive great leads that will ultimately become clients.
