Fishhawk Lake Real Estate-Slowing Down for the Holidays--Not Here!

One would think that in a resort-like community, that around the holiday season, things would slow down in the real estate world at Fishhawk Lake. NOT SO!

I just wrote another offer today and have three properties due to close before or just after the holidays! Some folks are going to have Christmas early when they get a New Vacation Home in their stockings!!

I also am thankful for a new listing, and three that took theirs off the market awhile ago and will be re-listing with me soon!

3 times tonight I had to excuse myself from the dinner table (out with family and friends) to address calls of buyers and sellers closing in the next few days.  Had some scarey moments with them in the last few days and when people are anxious and on edge I don't feel right making them squirm and wait for me to return a call.
