You should know that qualifying traditional clients will be easier in 2015. Private investors are offering loans for our self employed borrowers and borrowers with bankruptcy’s and foreclosures at much easier terms than the past.
These loans will be offered with a slightly higher interest rate and down payment. Bank statement loans allow a client to qualify not using traditional tax qualifying methods. Look for stated loans to come later in 2015 and drive the market higher for the next few years.
