Stone Mountain Village is a popular neighborhood in Delta, CO. It's on the north side of town and the location makes it an easy commute to Grand Junction.
This neighborhood is a favorite with buyers because of the curb appeal, location, grand mesa views and neighborhood park. The fairly new construction is also appealing. This report is going to take a look at the current inventory and sales so far this year in 2014.

- The average sold price is $198,690.
- The median sold price is $210,000.
- The average days on market is 128.
In 2014 we've seen the average selling price go up over 29% from 2013. The average sold price in 2013 was $153,195, compared to $198,690 this year. Last year this area was hit hard with quite a few foreclosures that drove the prices down. We aren't seeing nearly as many distressed properties on the market overall in Delta, and Stone Mountain Village is no different.
We are seeing positive real estate trends in Delta County and that includes a decreased number of foreclosures and short sales. I think this positive trend will continue, and we are going to see more price increases in the different Delta, CO neighborhoods.
