Now I think it's fair to say that Disney knows a good thing when it sees it - which is perhaps great news for the Orlando Real Estate market because the company is planning a luxury housing development.
In addition to that Lake Mary - the fourth best place to live in the nation - has just approved land for a high density condo development.
In more good news we look at the second home market which appears to be holding historical levels - a third of sales in 2007 were in that market.
When it comes to money we will obviously be looking at the foreclosure Bill, 30 year rates and an interesting story regarding the cooling of the so-called "meltdown. We also look at Florida's budget.
Lots of insurance stories, lots of news on the bad boys and girls in our industry and yet more confusion over property tax legislation in Florida.
