At Christmas Time...Give All You Can To As Many As You Can!
I actually classify this as a Holiday Event!
Holiday Giving Suggestions ...Thanks to a great Challenge by Belinda Spillman ...
To Pay It Forward by Giving Back During This Christmas Season, Aimee and I decided to give back to as many as we could this Christmas Season!
SANTA SAYS ....GIVE!
Thanks to a project that our company, Prestige Homes of The Tri Cities supports every year ....
Where our company adopts 4 local kids!
We all pitch in and try our best to give each one ...
The Christmas they will never forget!
They are from underprivileged families in both Bristol TN and VA and also Eastern Sullivan County.
Locally ....more than 1,000 local children are counting down the days until Christmas and hoping someone or some group will step in to help brighten their holiday!
The total number of kids who are part of the program have increased from around 830 in 2012 to more than 1,000 this year!
I can promise when you take all the donations from our over 20 member office that all of the kids our company adopted will have a Christmas they will never forget!
During this great time of giving we also take the time to give to The Sullivan County Animal Shelter ...we have such a great life with Waffles and Peaches that I just can't imagine "not" donating to this great cause!
We also look for those around town who are parked at different intersections asking for help ...we found a family outside of Office Depot in Bristol VA with a sign saying they were stranded ...while in the store buying office supplies we purchased a Gift Card to Cracker Barrel and walked it over to their van and told them to go across the street and enjoy a great meal.
We will continue to do and give as much as we can between now and Christmas as we all should!
I personally think we all have been blessed and should give as much as we can to as many as we can ....not just right now because of Christmas, but throughout the whole year!
Remember ...it's not what we do ...It's just that we do something!
I hope you all have a very ....
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
