Potential changes coming to the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. There has been a new plan for Rosslyn Plaza given to the Arlington Co. Board that would redevelop the site that currently includes four office buildings, the Spectrum Theater and the London and Normandyapartments. Currently on this site are buildings from the 1960s and 1970s mid-rise office towers from the Washington Business Journal article.
From the Washington Business Journal, ‘The redevelopment plan includes roughly 2.5 million SF of new construction, a total redevelopment of the site, in five phases to include two offices buildings, two residential buildings and a fifth building that could go either way, plus more than 4 acres of open space, an esplanade deck over Arlington Ridge Road, and upward of 300,000 square feet of retail.’ To find out more about the proposed plans for Rosslyn redevelopment, check out the Washington Business Journal article.
