A Vendor Shout Out in Carlsbad CA
I always like to recommend vendors I and/or clients of mine have used for various needs – roofing, pools, electrical, plumbing, remodeling, general handyman, etc. I keep a list of recommended vendors that I have used personally, as well as those recommended to me by other agents and my clients, that I share regularly. I know these vendors appreciate the referrals, as I and my clients do the good work that they do over and over.
New Blend Pool and Spa Care is one such vendor. Owner Brian Nieman is a real pleasure to work with. He’s very knowledgeable, with 20 years in the business, and has performed a number of pool and spa inspections for me and my buyers.
Brian also provides ongoing service maintenance for several clients in the Carlsbad area and has installed new filtration systems. In addition to Carlsbad New Blend Pool services the entire North San Diego County area, however.
New Blend Pool contracts out some business, especially pool system repairs (heaters, filtration systems, valves), to Burtzos Pool and Spa Service, if it’s work that Brian typically does not do. You can be assured that between New Blend Pool and Spa Care and Burtzos Pool and Spa Service they can get the job done well, for a reasonable price, and in a timely manner.
New Blend Pool, along with Burtzos Pool and Spa Service, are currently working on the small pool on the back patio at our new house. We bought the house knowing there were some issues (thanks for Brian’s inspection) and they are working on them as I write (even in the rain!). We are looking forward to having a fully functioning and heated pool for our holiday guests!
