The old mantra location, location, location is really helping home sales in Riverview Park. With quick access to I65, historic Franklin and Cool Springs Galleria, buyers flock to this neighborhood. That coupled with nice homes at very affordable prices make Riverview Park even more desirable. For buyers interested in one-level homes priced below $300,000, Riverview Park offers some very nice options. 

While the housing market is quite good right now, buyers have become more particular than ever.
