Libertyville Market Trends for November 2014

Libertyville home sales for the month of November decreased in volume by 12.9% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 7.1% from $366,000 to $340,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 16.3% from $442,250 to $370,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 44.4%, while the median sale price decreased by 20.3% from $190,000 to $151,500.
