Its the start of another beautiful spring season here in the Huntsville and Madison County area. During this time of year, what better topic than our real estate market here that is moving with leaps and bounds. Despite all the disparinging things you may hear on the news, our area has a very healthy real estate market. I anticipate that the sales numbers you see will continue to grow moving into the summer season. Below are the numbers for the Madison County real estate market and I also included the nearby counties of Morgan and Limestone as well.
