1. MOTIVATED SELLERS: When deciding to list your home the time is now because you are motivated and there is less inventory/less competition (your time to shine) which gives you the advantage over listing in the "spring" when the market floods with homes for sale.
2. MOTIVATED BUYERS: When a buyer contacts us to see homes this time of year we say YAY! that means that they are motivated. Through holidays, weather, cold, visiting relatives, food comas and all the other excuses less motivated buyers have, a serious buyer starts now to capture those sellers who are also motivated.
The logic here is to connect sellers and buyers at a time where activity is low, values are apparent and the market is less crowded...and who wants to shop in a crowded market
