One fo Franklin, TN's newest communities is Berry Farms. It is located on Lewisburg Pike and the Goose Creek Bypass. It is directly across from the Walnut Winds neighborhood and just south of the Ellington Park neighborhood. Goose Creek is being expanded as well as I-65. There will also be multi-story, attached townhouses from 1,000 to 2,400 square feet and start at $200,000.
Berry Farms features a walkable community that includes retail shops, restaurants and office space; think small-town, old-timey downtown. There are 30,000 square feet of retail shops and 3 million square feet of office space. Amenities will include a pool and pool house and bocce ball courts.
Berry Farms is in the Williamson County School District, and is currently zoned for Oakview Elementary, as well as Fred J Page Middle and High Schools.
