Actually, this is a fake man hanging there.
A joke someone did a few years ago.
It was in a residential neighborhood. People driving by would see it and call 911.
The police arrived and found all ok. But the homeowner was made to take it down.
Calls were flooding the 911 system and cars stopping were blocking traffic.
But, I still know the feeling!
