Holiday Time at Moody Gardens!
Living so close to it ALL is one of the many reasons I chose League City, TX as my home. Minutes away from the bay and the gulf and a short drive to the city makes for plenty to do when family and friends visit.
A wonderful attraction that is only about 25 minutes or so away is a little enchanted place called Moody Gardens. Located on Galveston Island you are bound to find something to do at Moody Gardens. If you plan to have relatives in for the Holidays, why not take a trip to Moody Gardens.
This holiday season is filled with fun things to do with the family and friends. Enjoy a Christmas Day dinner Buffet or enjoy a holiday dinner on other nights the Festival of Lights is open. The Festival of Lights is a mile long trail of more than a million lights! For $8.95 a person you can enjoy a new tradition. There is also an Artic Ice slide for the fun at heart.
It may be 70 degrees in the Houston area but why not do some ice skating in the outdoor ice skating rink at Moody Gardens. Only $7 per person. Or if you would rather just take a ride, jump on the train and take a look at some of the wonderful Christmas lights on display.
To get the perfect picture of the little ones be sure to get a photo with Santa. $12 per picture and worth the memories !
Ice Age Exhibit is on display at Moody Gardens as well. This display is not only entertaining it is educational as well!
When I say there is never a dull moment at Moody Gardens I am not kidding! Check for yourself some of the many fun and exciting things to do!
