It has been awhile since I visited Mukilteo and I was interested in reading the price spread for homes on the market especially in Old Town.  Waterfront properties as well as water views always command higher prices and for good reason.  Those views are priceless. Good information on a charming coastal town.  Best wishes for a pleasant and profitable new year.

Jack, thank you for the comment and new years wishes. Prosperous 2015 to you too. On Old Town, my family likes to go to Ivar's fish bar for fish 'n chips, and walk over to Mukilteo Light House Park logs and enjoy.
