Last week (ending 12/22/2014), 1 detached home in Monrovia Md. was added to the market for sale, 1 went under contract, and none successfully completed the sales process. This brings the count to 15 on the market for sale, 11 under contract and 3 successfully completing the sales process in the last 30 days.   These figures give us an absorption rate of 5.0 which is considered a normal market.   This report does not include new construction.
