One Person can make a difference: Here's proof!

Our owner principal of our 5 Keller Williams franchises came to speak to us this week at our weekly office meeting and the theme of the meeting was "one person can make a difference."

He proceeded to tell the story of 1 agent that came to him just over 2 years ago and said that if Keller Williams really wanted to make huge moves in Port St Lucie, they needed to take over an existing Real Estate company in the heart of one of the finest neighborhoods in Port St Lucie.

It was during this meeting that a plan was put in motion to make this a reality.  

He went on to say that in the first year in our new building, we have grown to over 130 agents and the highest volume single office in St Lucie county.

He went on to say that the continuous move to this growth is now under construction to enlarge the already fantastic office to 14,000 sq feet and the largest Real Estate office on the entire treasure coast so it can hold the over 250 agents and a high tech training facility so that we can now continue to dominate our real estate market.  

He stated that just because of the forethought of 1 single agent that Keller Williams Realty of Port St Lucie is now in it's first year the number one Real Estate Company by agent count and Volume and units closed.

He pointed out that because of this one agent, we now have over 130 hard working agents proud to come to work everyday and we have more joining us daily and we have over 10% of the market share and that means hundreds of satisfied buyers and sellers.

And he ended it with  "one person can make a difference" and in this case that one person that has changed hundreds of lives in the last 2 years is Kevin B Tolbert PA.  

Now for someone that does many things daily to help others succeed and keeps it behind the scenes, to say I was a bit humbled and embarrassed was an understatement.

So to Charles Posess, our Operating Principal, I just say Thank You for your kind words and to all my Keller Williams of Port St Lucie family I say Merry Christmas and remember, "one person can make a difference."
