As Realtors we are self-employed professionals responsible for all business related expenses. We're entrepreneurs and every dollar matters! Whenever you can effectively reduce your monthly overhead, it really helps to keep your business moving forward.

This month I made my last payment on my GMC Yukon XL. I can't believe I'll have a whopping $570.63 monthly car payment finally off my back! This translates to substantial cash flow relief for my real estate business!

I'll enjoy most of the cash flow relief as a permanent reduction in my monthly overhead, thus strengthening my role as an entrepreneur. However, I'll use some of the money that I used to spend on this car payment to support some increased farming efforts to grow my business.
